“I book the wrong date by mistake and within 1 hour I called to get it changed to the correct dates. The manager declined to change it even though there was availability. ”

“No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. ”

“Camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione molto buona. Ampia scelta di prodotti da prendere a seconda dei propri gusti: uova strapazzate, salsicce, pane, cereali, muffins, ecc. Ce n'è per tutti i gusti. Il caffè è disponibile h24 e questa è un'ottima cosa. Come spunto di miglioramento suggerisco di non utilizzare più posate di plastica ma di utilizzare quelle ecologiche. Sicuramente ci tornerò.”

“Property advertises on site restaurant and bar. There is no restaurant. The bar is laughable. The checking clerk doubles as the bartender, they have zero knowledge of drinks, they have zero ability to make mixed drinks, including a simply coke with a mixer. They had a handful of lukewarm beer. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand english which made it difficult to inquire about anything. I asked for toilet paper and kleenex and was given a bath towel. Had a do not disturb...

“Shower had hair in it! Other than normal extra cleaning it was nice location was decent! Room was huge! Mini apartment! ”

“I was charged twice. I prepaid thru Expedia got there and was told it was just a hold so I gave them my credit card they charged me again told me that one of the charges would fall off but it did not. ”
